This is a response for referees given by volunteers for Festival Angels. 

Festival Angels are working at several UK music festivals and events throughout the year with hundreds of volunteers serving in areas such as prayer cafes, detached teams, safe hubs and lost property. 

Festival Angels is a Christian organisation with a heart to show that Jesus Loves Festivals with volunteers of any faith and none on our teams. We expect volunteers who are:

Happy to work as a team with those they don't yet know.

Sensitive to the needs of others.
 
Keen, committed and reliable.
 
Sympathetic and willing to work within the Christian ethos.
 
Willing to go the extra mile, yet aware of their limitations.
